7. Conditions for success
• Staff training
• That the recovery values “stands on the shoulders” of the
existing theory and methodology approach
• That the recovery orientation are correlated and aligned
with the relevant legislation, the cultural, social and
organization framework
• That the approach are translated and transformed into
existing services

8. Challenges
• The way that the services are planed and the environment
in the shelter may be counterproductive in relation to
creating a system that provides a good framework for the
user's recovery
• It is not enough to have the potential for change…. To
recover you also need to be able, willing and ready to
release and use your potential
